About Traffic
Traffic is a 2016 thriller drama movie which features Manoj Bajpayee, Divya Dutta, Jimmy Sheirgill, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Sachin Khedekar and Parambrata Chatterjee. The movie is produced by Fox Star Studios and EndemolShine India and is directed by Late Rajesh Pillai. The movie is a Hindi remake of the Malayalam movie of the same name which was also directed by Rajesh Pillai.
From what the trailer says, the movie is about a mission where few cops use the road route to transport a boy’s heart which is to be transplanted into a girl’s body. And in this mission of theirs, the main hurdle is the Traffic of the city which is in its peak hours. Also, there is a convict in the same car as the heart, which is sure to create some drama in the movie.
Traffic Trailer Analysis
The trailer manages to put in a lot of emotions packed into it. There is that ‘Parents love their child‘ part, there is a ‘Duty above all‘ part. There is this ‘I gotta clean up my name‘ part and there is also an ‘I know that feel, been there‘ part. But to be honest, the trailer still doesn’t feel like a mess. Some glimpses of fine-tuned performances by Manoj Bajpayee, Jimmy Sheirgill, and Divya Dutta make it even more interesting.
The movie is based on a highly emotional plot and we must expect a bomb of an acting by the actors. The dialogues so far seemed natural and not flashy. Honestly speaking, we can sense an ‘A Wednesday‘ style of cinema here. Let us wait for the movie and watch it before any more speculations.
