ROCKY HANDSOME Trailer Review: Feelings in Action!

The official youtube handle of T-Series released the Theatrical Trailer of Nishikant Kamat’s John Abraham starrer Rocky Handsome this week, and it is everything the fans wanted. Since the Teaser of the movie was released, there was quite a buzz about the movie. And the above par music also helped the same to grow. And as soon as the trailer released, fans rushed in and as a token of that, there are about 2 million views on the trailer already.

About ROCKY HANDSOME

From what appears in the Teaser and the Theatrical Trailer, we can understand that the movie will be about Kabir Ahlawat, an assassin who is also known by the name of Rocky. He also operates a pawn shop. He somehow develops a connection with a small girl, Naomi who is kidnapped, and Rocky sets out to free her. Also, the trailer features Shruti Haasan, who we assume, will be a love interest of Kabir, and might get killed in the first half, or feature in flashbacks. She might be the reason of Kabir’s record as an assassin. Let’s see if this prediction comes out true.

Best Moments from Trailer

While the trailer features beautiful areal shots of sea water and beaches of Seychelles, and intriguing slowmotion closeups, and walking shots of John Abraham. The moment that we enjoyed the most was the repeated stabs by John on some bad guy’s legs. The brand of action in the trailer reminded of the fight sequences in Force. It will be interesting to see John have the hand to hand combats in the movie. Have a look at the shot that we talked about.

Rocky Handsome Trailer Stab Scene at 2:35 mark

The trailer was interesting, to say the least. And the involvement of Naomi made it even better. What we expect from the trailer is a lot of thrilling action and some strong screenplay.
