Swara Bhaskar‘s Nil Battey Sannata is about to release tomorrow and we all are heavily excited about the movie. But before the movie releases, the music of the movie is making news and here we take a look at all the tracks on the album one-by-one.

The music of the movie is given by Rohan & Vinayak and is distributed by Eros Now Music. Read the complete track wise Nil Battey Sannata Music Review below.

1 Murabba

The first Track of the album is Neuman Pinto‘s ‘Murabba‘. The lyrics are penned by Manoj Yadav and music is composed by Rohan and Vinayak. Unconventional lyrics and peppy slow music give this conversation of the character with her life a new feel. Definitely a brilliant song. We might not keep it in our playlist but we will sway with the song whenever we listen to it.
We would say it again, the lyrics of this song are just awesome. Comparing Time with a tailor, sleep with a container, dreams with Murabba. Such similes and metaphors are never seen before this.

2. Maths Mein Dabba Gul.

‘ Maths banane wale, teri Amma chuha le jaaye…

Another piece of quirky lyrics, however, this time, it is a mix with __ words. A typical anthem for anyone who does not like maths. The song looks like a perfect track for the mid-point of the movie. We will definitely want to keep it in our playlists. Must listen, and do pay attention to the lyrics by Nitesh Tiwari, they are seriously awesome.

3. Maula

Manoj Yadav returns with this piece of writing. Sung by Nandini Srikar, this track is worth listening in solitude. A conversation with the almighty, this track invites you to feel the lyrics. Nandini has sung it beautifully. The song is definitely going to be a part of our playlist for a long time. We expect it to come out even better in the movie.

4. Maa

Mohan Kannan‘s amazing voice glorifies this track written by Shreyas Jain (Sherry). A song full of guilt of a girl about not giving importance to her mother. Some parts of this song make you shed a tear or two. We guess it is just the genre of the song. But the artists here are just enhancing the feel of the track. Hats off Mohan sir.

There is another version of this song sung by Hariharan. And to be honest, this version is equally awesome and equally full of heart. This version, however, touches the classical style of singing more as compared to Mohan’s version. Love both versions. This is probably the best song of the album.

5. Maa Theme

The instrumental version of the soulful track is not that moving. The violin used here proves ineffective to connect with the listeners. Vocal versions are much better than this. Not in our playlist for sure.

6. Chanda Theme

Much better than the Maa Theme. This has a certain pain to the track. This one is already in my playlist and I am not going to remove it anytime soon. A perfect song to listen to after a hard day of work, before going to bed.

Listen to all the songs here.

Conclusion

The Nil Battey Sannata Music is quite apt for the movie’s feel. The music felt at some places, lacking finishing. However, We loved the album. And we hope it gets the due recognition. Regardless, we will be watching the movie, and we can sense that this music will play a big role in the narrative of the movie.

Our Favorite Tracks: Maa, Maula, Maths Mein Dabba Gul, Chanda Theme.
